We want men to stand up to the challenge God has laid out before them in His Holy Word. Join us.
‘So because you are lukewarm, and neither hot nor cold, I will spit you out of My mouth. Revelation 3:16
Too many men in the church are living a disobedient life by being “lukewarm”. The consequences, for living this way, are extreme. Look at what Jesus says “So because you are lukewarm, and neither hot nor cold, I will spit you out of My mouth”. (Rev 3:16) Neither hot nor cold, is what many Christian men have become.
In an effort to change the direction of Christian men, MAN UP! Gods Way is challenging the manhood of these men. MAN UP doesn’t believe that being a man means you can chew through steel or bend iron, but that being a man means we will be disciplined in our relationship with Christ, in our marriage, as a father, in our service at church, at work, in accountability to one another and in discipleship.

Jeff is the founder of Cavetime, an organization dedicated to kindling a fire in the hearts of men so they may become real men—literal walls of security and protection for their people. He believes that men can only do this by understanding their God-given roles and getting some stones: the Five Stones of Cavetime. He also travels the country and instructs men in using the Stones through Cavetime events. These events include powerful worship, speaking, provocative videos, and personal testimony and teaching. Jeff earned a doctorate in the areas of leadership and spiritual formation and holds masters degrees in apologetics and divinity. He is a professor, pastor, and author/speaker. He is married to Lori and has four grown children, a son-in-law, daughter-in-law, and two grandchildren.
Manturity was founded as a way to help men mature in their walk with Christ. Through multiple outlets, Manturity aims to gain as many men as possible to strengthen the band of brothers. Founder
Jody Burkeen is the founder and president of MAN UP! Gods Way Ministries. This ministry was birthed out of a desire to change the way Christian men “do” Christianity.
Jody’s self-described “Damascus Road Transformation” led him on a journey to search the Scripture to find what he had been missing his whole life, which was Jesus Christ. In this journey, the Word of God took over in a way he never expected. Searching for men in the church to help him in his walk, he found very little help. What he did find was men that needed the same kind of help he did.
Through MAN UP! Gods Way Ministry it is Jody’s hope that he can challenge men to live a separated life on fire for God.
Chris Rude
Northern Director
Chris Rude joined Man Up God’s Way in March of 2015. He and his wife, Nikki live in Fairfield Iowa. They have been married for 21 years and they gave their lives to Christ 9 years ago.
As Northern Director, Chris is responsible for Man Up God Way events (North of the Mason/ Dixon line), speaking, and helping men’s ministries with their needs.
